THE DOWNLOAD STORE
Friendly Songs is the provider of the Download Store, which permits you to purchase digital content ("Friendly Songs Music") for the end user use only under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE DOWNLOAD STORE
This Download Store is available for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you should review this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it.
The Download Store is available to you only in the United States, its territories, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Download Store from outside these locations. Friendly Songs may use technologies to verify your compliance.
You further agree that you will not attempt to re-distribute or re-sell any content that you acquire from the Download Store. Your purchases are for individual use only and any further distribution of the content will be an act of Copyright Infringement and a Violation of Federal Law. Friendly Songs will use all means necessary to prosecute to the full extent of the law an Copyright Infringement cases.
Use of the Download Store requires compatible devices and computers, Internet access, and certain software (fees may apply); and may be affected by the performance of these factors. High-speed Internet access is strongly recommended for regular use. You agree that meeting these requirements, which may change from time to time, is your responsibility. The Download Store is not part of any other product or offering, and no purchase or obtaining of any other product shall be construed to represent or guarantee you access to the Download Store.
YOUR ACCOUNT
As a registered user of the Download Store, you may establish an account ("Account"). Don't reveal your Account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify Friendly Songs of any security breach of your Account. Friendly Songs shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account.
In order to purchase and download Download Store Products from the Download Store, you must enter your Email Address and password to authenticate your Account. Once you have authenticated your Account, you will be able to purchase and download Download Store Products without re-entering your password.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Download Store, and you agree to update your Download Store Registration Data to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Friendly Songs may store and use the Download Store Registration Data you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
DOWNLOADING PREVIOUS PURCHASES
When you first purchase Download Store Products you will be able to download those products to your computer or mobile device. The downloaded products are for personal use only and not for resale. You will be able to download these products up to two times. After that, you will need to submit a request to download the Download Store Content again. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
